Our Policies, Terms & Conditions

Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions at Red River Trading Co. retail locations and on the Red River Trading Co. website.

Price/Payment

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. If you decide to cancel your order and have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Payment can be made by Visa or Mastercard.

Availability

All orders are accepted subject to availability and goods will usually be delivered to your home within 14 days of placing the order. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after you have submitted your order, or we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

Accessories Exchange/Returns

We want you to love our products as much as we do and we make every effort to ensure that goods arrive in good condition.

All our items are insured when shipped. Should an item arrive damaged please follow the following steps:
  1. Inspect the item(s) thoroughly
  2. If delivery is via freight, identify damage to the delivery service
  3. SAVE ALL PACKING MATERIAL
  4. Contact our store at 617 542 2223 as soon as possible and let us know what happened. Depending on how the item(s) has been shipped, we will inform you how to proceed. Once the item(s) have been returned to the shop we will ship out a replacement(s) or refund your money.
If for any other reason you are unhappy with the items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods (AFTER 7 DAYS ALL SALES ARE FINAL). Send the item(s) to our RETURNS DEPT. Once the item(s) have arrived and providing it is still in a completely saleable condition, we will issue a full refund for the item(s) to the credit card used to place the order. THE COST OF SHIPPING IS NOT REFUNDED.

NOTE: IF YOU ARE AWAY OR FOR OTHER REASONS UNAVAILABLE TO 'TAKE DELIVERY' WHEN THE ITEM(S) YOU ORDER ARRIVE AT YOUR HOME OR PLACE OF BUSINESS, THE 7 DAY PERIOD ALLOWED FOR REFUND BEGINS THE DAY THE ITEM(S) WAS AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY AT YOUR LOCAL/REGIONAL DELIVERY FACILITY.

RED RIVER TRADING CO. CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LEFT AT DELIVERY FACILITIES FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME. ALLOWING ITEM(S) TO SIT IN POST OFFICES AND OTHER DELIVERY FACILITIES EXPOSE ITEM(S) TO THE RISK OF DAMAGE OR THEFT.

All goods shall remain the property of Red River Trading Co. until full and final payment is made.

Red River Trading Co., we stand behind the quality of our products. Our shipments are carefully inspected and packaged before leaving our warehouse. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below.

Returns and Exchanges

You may return any accessory item purchased on our Web site by mail. Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued to you for the value of the item including taxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable. To return an item by mail, insure the package, and mail it to:
