Delivery Info
The rates for shipping and handling are based on the cost of your purchase sent to one address. If you desire shipping to multiple addresses, shipping is based on the total value shipped to each address. All prices are based on delivery within the continental US. The rates include shipping, handling and insurance to each address. We make every effort to deliver goods to your home within 14 days, however delays are occasionally inevitable.
You may request 2nd day delivery at an additional charge; for those items that weigh less than 15 pounds, the cost is $9.00. For items that weigh more than 15 pounds via 2nd day delivery, please call us at 1-617-542-2223.
Next day service is also available at an additional charge. For next day service, express or delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, United States Possessions, and foreign countries please call Customer Service at 1-617-542-2223 for pricing and details. Customers with orders shipped internationally are responsible for all duties and taxes.
Standard Delivery (continental USA only)
Standard Delivery is used for accessories and small furniture. Standard Delivery does not include assembly, placement in your home or unpacking.
Delivery
Shipping time is approximately 6 to 8 business days (Monday through Friday, do not count weekends). For items shipped via Standard Delivery, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories.
Cost
Shipping charges are based on the total value of the merchandise shipped to each address using the chart below. Additional charges may apply to oversized items, remote areas, or complicated deliveries. The exact amount will be calculated during checkout.

Furniture and Large Item Orders
Due to the large size and weight of furniture shipments, most pieces are shipped by a freight company. You will be notified by mail 2-3 weeks before delivery, and the carrier will contact you by phone to set up an appointment Monday through Friday. These shipments are delivered directly to your home.
Because home furnishings, lamps and other large items are heavier and bulkier than most, shipping costs are higher. All shipping rates apply to deliveries in the contiguous 48 states. Returns and Exchanges

Furniture Return/Exchange Policy
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. Attention to detail in design, materials, and construction is always forefront. Every item in our collection is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. We encourage you to do the same upon receipt of your purchase.
In the event that damage occurs in transit, or if you discover any defect in manufacture, please contact us at 617-542-2223 within 7 days of receipt of the item(s). Red River does not accept any claims after 7 (seven) days. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. In certain circumstances, a usage or restocking fee may apply.
